Ohh I forgot to mention that I wrote the Shenyang entries on my EEE pc 701, with a battery life of 3hrs. Quite cool, and useful when my main laptop crashes, overheats or in many other ways stops working. I really feel I’ve got my money’s worth out of this computer, as it is a good backup, and quite useful in the classroom if I haven’t been able to print my lesson plan in time. The screen is small admittedly, but it’s fine to type for a small amount of time. Better for people with small hands, and definately a step up from text entry on the stupidly small keyboard of smart phones and pdas.
