Anime another Big World of Mine

Is there anything that ever made you astonished and quickly fall in love with at the first sight? Well, for me, Anime is definitely on the top of the list.

I still remember the first Japanese song I learned was called How I Wanna Speak Aloud That I Like You, from the famous anime Slam Dunk? At that time, I knew nothing about Japanese, but I was still proud of my odd pronunciation. And from then on, I was just stuck into it, never pulling out again.

I have to say that Japanese animation gives me another way of life, though it’s not the only way, it still has been a part of me for all the time. It’s just like a drug, I suppose, if someone was into it, then it would be extremely hard to escape. But actually, I’m usually the only one among the peers surrounded who is with this kind of feeling. Some say that those are little tricky stuffs for children, and some may even blame me that I shouldn’t be a member to help Japanese develop their economy. But I know it’s not stupid, or childish, it’s no longer an industry for kids only. And what’s more, the anime, as a person’s hobby, does have nothing to do with history or politics, and it never means I do not love my country.

No more time for complaint. The animation world is stunning, I mean it. To be honest, I’m not a quiet girl in my mind, in fact, I call myself a professional daydreamer. And fortunately, the anime world provides me a perfect sky to get my mind flying. I really appreciate that. In addition, it’s a holy place for people to keep away from reality. I’m not saying that it’s a way for shirking, it just can be a mode of entertainment, or relaxation. In this world, people are of two kinds, good guys or bad guys, the protagonists often play a happy ending, and the enemies usually reap the whirlwind. Of course, I can’t deny that the story is totally complicated, so that we will have fun of it.

I like anime for certain, but I’m not crazy or we say an OTAKU. OTAKUs are completely huge fans, they have many collections, do the cosplays, take part in almost every conference about animation, and let it permeate everywhere of their lives. Well, obviously, I think it’s too much. I believe that if you enjoy it, and can be a nice audience for it, that’s enough. And this, is what I’m doing, as it is my everlasting cup of tea.
