Student Speech Titled "Life Is What We Make It"

A famous American lawyer once said, “If I rest, I rust.” He is rich now and have a status and is known worldwide, but on the part of his all achievements, I think the most glorious one is the way he made his life. He never rest so his life never rust. His perseverence and his accumulation of knowledge made a great lawyer out of an ignorant human.

All animals live, but only human has control over how he lives, because he lives according to his understanding of the meaning of life. Sometimes ignorance is only the lack of understanding of the essence of our lives. Our lives are short, but they’re still enough to make some changes and have some marvels. People keep complaining about how pitiable they are and driving fancy cars and living in villas and be jealous. However, those cynics ignore the effort paid by the succerssors and never take a look at their brains that inertia and laziness have been taking the first placce for a quiet while when they avoid doing things with all their mights and find the excuse such as “The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.” No aim can be achieved without determination and perspiration, life is made by yourself and human spirit is capable of almost inconceivable triumphs. You set up your interminal goal or dream, all you have to do is be willing to undergo the necessary decipline and keep dynamic towards your work or studies.

“Are you nearer to your port today than you were yesterday?” The future will be just what we make it and our purpose will give it its character. Always remember “Men of hope come to the front.”
