Responsibilities were to turn up for work on time and do the manual work assigned in the factory with the least amount of training possible while also maintaining respectful relationships between staff members. I gained experience of self-motivation in order to keeping working for the entire 12 hour shift in very tedious conditions and I also improved my physical strength and stamina.

After leaving the job I was more knowledgeable in how packing systems work in nappy and wet wipe factories as well as the entire process of cereal bar manufacturing. I also gained an insight into how use of robotic arms and clever molding systems could increase productivity in a petrol tank factory as well as the anatomy of a plastic petrol tank.
