Podcast Number 2 – IELTS Speaking Book Preface

This year I have had the pleasure to do some IELTS Speaking test training. As part of my introductory lesson I read out the preface of the book I’m using, to find out more about the book, follow this link to an online Chinese book retailer. It’s Chinese ISBN is 978-7-5001-1951-7.

The advantage of this book is that unlike many other Chinese texts books that are written by Chinese people and primarily Mandarin speakers, it is actually written by a native English speaker called Mark Griffiths. He was an IELTS examiner and is now, as far as I know and understand, a very experienced teacher working in Beijing.
